Terms

By visiting cpstest.lol or using the click speed test, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

cpstest.lol provides a free browser-based tool that measures clicks per second. Features, timer lengths, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, disrupt it for others, or attempt to interfere with our systems
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access in ways that harm the service — including submitting auto-clicker or scripted results
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

The cpstest.lol name, design, visuals, audio, and site content are owned by cpstest.lol or its licensors. You may use the tool for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Results such as your best CPS per timer, total tests, and total clicks may be stored in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data can erase them. We are not responsible for lost local data, and results are not authoritative records of any kind.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example page views and events such as starting or completing a test). This helps us improve cpstest.lol. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

The site and tool are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cpstest.lol and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the site or tool.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
