# cpstest.lol

> cpstest.lol (https://cpstest.lol) is a free browser-based CPS test — a click speed test that measures how many times you can click per second. Choose a timer from 1 to 100 seconds, click or tap the pad as fast as you can, and get your clicks per second (CPS), total clicks, clicks per minute (CPM), and a speed rank. No download, account, or payment required.

The CPS test runs entirely in the browser on desktop and mobile. The countdown starts on the first click, not on page load. Personal bests are stored locally per timer length on the user's device; nothing is uploaded and there is no leaderboard.

- The timer starts on the first click; there is no reaction-time penalty.
- Typical regular-clicking result: about 4–7 CPS. Roughly 7–9 CPS is fast; above 9 CPS usually needs a technique such as jitter or butterfly clicking.
- Speed ranks: Turtle (under 3), Steady (3–5), Quick (5–7), Rapid (7–9), Insane (9–12), Godlike (12+).
- Most-cited click speed record: 1,051 clicks in 10 seconds (~105 CPS), set with drag clicking.
